I have always been a writer at heart: writing in journals, penning letters to friends, and generally jotting down ideas wherever I could. After working for a Christian publisher for 10 years as an editor and product developer, I traded my editor’s pen and laptop for bottles and diaper cream to stay home and raise a family.

I continued to freelance, writing Sunday school and children’s church curriculum, devotions, and magazine articles, and in 2013 I self-published my own book, Unshakable: Finding Faith to Weather the Storm.
