1000 Gifts: Unwrapping my Gifts

“Pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:17, 18)

This week I have much to be thankful for. Even though we still wait for the pathology report from my surgery, there is so much more…so many other graces for which to give thanks.

I had intended to link up to Ann Voskamp’s list today; however, I noticed she is doing something different this month, so I will, instead, simply post my list here. If you’ve not read Ann’s book, or checked out her blog, you definitely should…you cannot help but leave encouraged.

“I begin the list. Not of gifts I want, but of gifts I already have…I don’t even know they are gifts until I write them down. Gifts He bestows. This writing it down–it is sort of like…unwrapping love.”
Ann Voskamp in 1000 Gifts.
